Foundation Overview

The Maricopa Fire Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the firefighters, paramedics, and families of Maricopa Fire/Medical. Our mission is to provide resources that enhance member wellness, safety, professional development, and resilience—strengthening their ability to serve our community.

Through donor support and community partnerships, the Foundation helps fund firefighter wellness programs, educational opportunities, emergency assistance, member support services, and aid for first responder families during times of personal hardship and critical need.

The Maricopa Fire Foundation exists to strengthen public safety by supporting our firefighters and their families, building community partnerships, and increasing awareness of the needs of those who serve.

Every contribution directly supports initiatives that make a meaningful impact on the lives of firefighters and the community they protect.

Why We Exist

‍Firefighters and paramedics serve our community every day under demanding, unpredictable, and often high-risk conditions. While public funding supports core operations, additional needs exist that extend beyond traditional government resources.

The Foundation was created to provide meaningful support, resources, and opportunities that enhance firefighter wellness, preparedness, and community impact.
